Jordan Sadaka, MEd
Jordan Sadaka earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She earned her Masters in Education specializing in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University. Jordan is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and also holds a Pupil Personnel Credential in School Counseling.
Jordan completed her Fieldwork internship at Culver City Unified School District where she developed and implemented curriculum for social skills groups specializing in areas of anger management, anxiety, coping skills, decision-making, mindfulness and appropriate classroom behavior. She is experienced in the social-emotional curriculum Second Step and conducting classroom guidance for elementary aged students.
Jordan also completed her Fieldwork at Santa Monica Unified School District where she facilitated counseling groups for middle school students including girl empowerment, social skills and problem solving. There she enjoyed working individually with students of diverse backgrounds addressing various issues and traumas. Additionally, Jordan worked individually with socially and academically at-risk students to promote goal setting and college and career readiness.
Jordan’s interests include bullying prevention, crisis prevention and intervention, anxiety management, anger management, socialization training and easing life transitions.
